Returning shipments of unwanted merchandise are at the customer's expense.

Please fill your full name in Name box, your email in Email box, order number in First Message box, reason of return in Second Message box and lists of returning items in Last Message box.

The reason for the buyer: Change of mind

Return Steps:
1. Request the return through the online form above within 7 days after reception of the package (IMPORTANT: returns sent without filling the online form will not be processed)
2. Provide your order number and list of items you will be returning on the online form. Make sure the products are eligible for return.
3. Print and fill out the return forms that you will receive by email after submitting online form). If you did not receive the documents, please check your spam folder.
4. Return the unwanted product(s) in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
5. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please let us know your tracking number for the package.
6. We will refund you the returned item(s) within 7 days after reception of the package at our distribution center.

The reason for the seller: Wrong / Damaged item

Please contact our Customer Service before any action is made, along with evidential documents to show its defect. To speed the process, please email us with your order number, name of the product, photos of the barcode, photos of the item where we can clearly see the defect.

All claim will be accepted if:
1. The item is unworn and unwashed
2. Different than what was ordered (item, color, texture, quality or overall look)
3. Notified us within 7 days of receiving your package
4. Original tag(s), wrapping(s) or box(es) are intact.

Out Of Stock Refund

If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will refund it to your credit card and inform you of the registered email address. This means that your product is out of stock and can no longer be delivered. The refund period varies depending on the credit card company, but it usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
